HOW DO I APPLY?
To begin, select your desired apartment on the Floor Plans page and then register for our online application. Then you can review our rental criteria, invite co-applicants, complete your application, and pay your application fees via Credit Card. We try to let you know your application results as quickly as possible, and most applications only take 1-2 business days.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 6-12 month leases depending on availability, as well as month to month options after your initial lease ends.
Are utilities included in the cost?
No. Residents are responsible to pay for utilities.
What's your pet policy?
We are PET FRIENDLY community. All pets must be accompanied on leashes when walking around the property. Requirements: - Maximum of 2 pets - Breed Restrictions apply - call our office for more details
Do you require apartment renter's insurance?
Yes, we require $100,000 coverage. If you chose not to do renters insurance, we offer a liability waiver for $10 per month.
How do I pay the rent?
We are proud to offer EASY ONLINE PAYMENTS. You may access your online rent pay on a computer or mobile device. Or you can also pay with Money Gram Wire transfer anywhere this service is offered. Offline you may pay via a personal check or money order.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
Maintenance requests are responded to within 24-72 hours. If it is an emergency, we will respond ASAP and offer an after-hours emergency call answering service.
What is the parking situation?
Our 2 bedroom townhomes offer a spacious two car garage with additional uncovered parking spots for residents and guests.
What is the price range of your apartments?
The PRICE range at Tapestry changes with availability, please call our office for up to date pricing and move in specials.
What unit types or floorplans do you offer?
We offer stunning two bedroom townhomes. Do you have any current concessions or move in specials? Move in specials are changing rapidly - please call our office for a current quote on discounts!
Can you give me directions to your apartment community?
We are just off of 3900 South at about 850 East. If you are traveling East or West, go straight down 3900 South to 850 East and we will be on the south side of the street. You will see out A Frame at the entrance to the property. If you are traveling North and South, on 700 East, go to 3900 South and turn right and head East for a block and a half, the property will be on your right-hand side. If you are coming from 900 east, turn left at 3900 south and you will see the property on your left-hand side.
